Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 2nd October 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25th November 1998, we NICHOLAS MOHAN and NICOLA MOHAN, of 3 Boland Close, Nuthorpe, Middlesbrough, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of HOLLY Marshall, a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Mohan and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Marshall.
