Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, pursuant to an Order made by the High Ccourt of Justice of the British Virgin Islands, for the winding-up of the above-named Company, are required, on or before 18th January 1999, to send in their full forenames, surnames and addresses, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to R. W. de Ruuk, c/o A. V. Lomas, PricewaterhouseCoopers, 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, the Liquidator of the said Company. Any claim must be supported by an affidavit verifying the debt and be made in accordance with Form 63 of the Companies (Winding-up) Rules 1909. Creditors of Omnicorp Overseas Limited who do not submit full particulars of their debts or claims will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. R.
