Notice of Intended Dividends

The Trustee of D. H. M. Elliott, gives notice under the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within a period of 4 months from the last day of proving. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details, in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, at Roger Evans, 19 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ, by 11th January 1999, which is the last day for receiving claims. Any Creditor who does not make a claim by that date will not be included in the subsequent dividend. T. C. Evans, Trustee 14th December 1998.
