I, Alan Redvers Price, of BKR Haines Watts, 4-8 Haines Watts, 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4UH, hereby gives notice that I was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above Debtor’s estate on 30th January 1998. Unsecured Creditors who have not yet proved their debt must forward their proof of debt form to me. The last day for proving is 29th January 1999. Please note that I do not intend to advertise for further claims prior to any declaration of dividend. If you do not lodge a claim by the last day of proving you will be excluded from the dividend paid to unsecured Creditors.
