At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Harvey Ingram Owston, 20 New Walk, Leicester LE1 6TX, on 16th December 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David John Watchorn, of Elwell Watchorn & Boot, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” M.
