IN THE MATTER OF THE WILL TRUSTS OF J. G. BARRETT DECEASED
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the trusts of the property settled by Clause 2 of the Will dated 5th May 1964 of John Gordon Barrett deceased, who died on 7th December 1964 and under whose Will Barclays Bank Trust Company Limited (“the Trustees”) is the current trustee thereof, intend to distribute the property subject to the trusts thereof amongst the employees of Charles Barrett Plc (formerly Charles Barrett (Shopfitters) Limited) who were employed thereby on 7th December 1997 and who have been in the employ of the Company for two years or more in proportion to the salaries or wages paid to them at that date, and that any person having a claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the trust property is required to send written particulars of his/her claim to the Trustees whose address for this purpose is PO Box 15, Osborne Court, Gadbrook Park, Rudheath, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 7UR (Ref. VQ/X1320) on or before 1st March 1999 after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets comprising the trust property amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or claims they then have not had notice. 23rd December 1998.
