At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the United Reformed Church, 747 Stockport Road, Levenshulme, Manchester, on 16th December 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Hendrik Chadwick Lee, of Horsfields, 8 Manchester Road, Bury BL9 0ED, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” T.
