Notice is given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the W F Hollway & Bros Limited Staff Pension & Life Assurance Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by W F Hollway & Bros Limited. If you were an employee of W F Hollway & Bros Limited and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the scheme but have not been notified by the Trustees directly of the wind up, please contact The Trustees of the W F Hollway & Bros Limited Staff Pension & Life Assurance Scheme, c/o H. A. Davies, Cheryl Lewis & Company, 1-3 Westbourne Road, Birkenhead, Merseyside L41 4FN, within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will finalise the wind up of the scheme with the benefits being secured with an insurance company. The Trustees will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
