At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The British Charolais Cattle Society, Avenue M, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, on 21st December 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen James Hobson, of Francis Clark, Ash House, Canal Way, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot TQ12 3RZ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” W.
