At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shoseki U.K. Limited, held at 1 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 7NH, on 18th December 1998, the following Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up as a Members’ voluntary liquidation and that Colin Graham Bird and Nigel Steven Hill, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, are hereby appointed as its Liquidators and the powers of the Liquidators may be exercised by either independently of the other.” H.
