Take notice that I, Henry Edward Hayes, was duly appointed Liquidator in the above matter by the Contributories of the Company on 22nd December 1998, and in accordance with Rules 4.106 and 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), the Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before 21st March 1999, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to H.
