Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 15th September 1998, and enrolled in the Supreme Court Adjudicatur on 2nd December 1998, as parents, of 69 b Pentonville Road, London N.1, on behalf of ARISTOS SELVEN KACHRIS, a child, single and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Diedrick and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Kachris. 2nd December 1998.
