Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 11th December 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 15th December 1998, MICHELLE ROSE MARIE BUCHANAN, of 40 Wales Court, Coventry Close, Cambridge Avenue, London NW6 5HI, married, and a Commonwealth citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rose Marie Buchanan, and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Michelle Rose Marie Buchanan.
