NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT UNDER SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Agency 1995) that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency South West Region. Application reference 200991 by The Verbeer Manor Partnership to discharge a maximum of 100 cubic metres per day of treated domestic sewage effluent to a tributary of the River Culm in the Exe catchment at National Grid Reference ST 0290 0891 from a proposed Motorway Service Area at Verbeer Manor, Willand, Cullompton, Devon. Also application reference 200992 by The Verbeer Manor Partnership to discharge site drainage arising from a surface area of 18,000 square metres to a tributary of the River Culm in the Exe catchment at National Grid Reference ST 0290 0891 from a proposed Motorway Service Area at Verbeer Manor, Willand, Cullompton, Devon.
