A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s interim report, agreeing a dividend to the Preferential Creditors, and agreeing the method and amount of Liquidator’s final remuneration and expenses. The Meeting will be held at Ernst & Young, Norham House, 12 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AD, on 23rd February 1999, at 10.30 a.m. A form of proxy must be lodged with me not later than 12 noon on 22nd February 1999, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
