Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on 17th February 1999, at 10 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
