At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Northern Road, Penistone Road, Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield HD8 0LA, on 26th January 1999, the following Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Edward Christopher Wetton of Gibson Booth, 12 Victoria Road, Barnsley S70 2BB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” M.
