Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above-named Bankrupt intends paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Bankrupt are required, on or before 8th March 1999, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, S. A. Jackson, the Trustee in Bankruptcy, at 1 and 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ. The Dividend will be declared within 4 months of 8th March 1999, the last date for proving. A Creditor who has not proved his debt, before the date mentioned above, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in, the First and Final Dividend. S. A.
