Final Meetings

Notice is given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Jacksons Insolvency Practitioners, 75 Kingsway, Rochdale OL16 5HN, on 2nd March 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. The following Resolutions will be considered at the Meeting, that the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account be agreed, that the Liquidator be released from all duties and that the books and records be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the Company.
