Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors will be held at the offices of Jacksons Insolvency Practitioners, 75 Kingsway, Rochdale OL16 5HN, on 1st March 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. The Resolutions to be considered at the Meeting are that the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account be agreed, that the Liquidator be released from all duties and that the books and records be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the Company.
