Notice of Intended Dividend

KINGSTON-UPON-THAMES COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SCHEME LTD.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1.A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 8th March 1999, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Richard Andrew Segal, of Albert Chambers, 221-223 Chingford Mount Road, London E4 8LP, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide, such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the Dividend or any other Dividend declared before this debt is proved.
