At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Crown Hotel, High Street, Bawtry, Doncaster DN10 3JW, on 10th February 1999, at 10.45 a.m., the following Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed: “It has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that John Russell and Allan Cooper, of 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, Insolvency Practitioners duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators of the above Company for the purposes of such winding-up, and any act required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators is to be done by any one or more of the Liquidators for the time being in office.” G.
