Notice of Intended Dividend

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 25th May 1999. Creditors who have not yet done so are require, on or before 15th March 1999, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, N. A. Brackenbury, of Cork Gully, 1 East Parade, Sheffield S1 2ET, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend. N. A. Brackenbury, Liquidator Note . The Dividend is expected to be in the region of 22 per cent. 15th February 1999.
