Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend in this matter. I require Creditors to prove their debts not later than Tuesday, 10th March 1999 (the last day of proving). I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend within 4 months of the last date for proving and shall declare and pay that Dividend without regard to the claims of any person in respect of a debt not already proved.
