I, John Charles Heath, care of BKR Haines Watts, 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4UH, hereby given notice that I was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above Debtor’s estate on 3rd November 1994. Unsecured Creditors who have not yet proved their debt must forward their proof of debt form to me. The last day for proving is 19th March 1999. Please note that I do not intend to advertise for further claims prior to any declaration of dividend. If you do not lodge a claim by the last day of proving you will be excluded from the dividend paid to unsecured Creditors.
