Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend in the above matter, and that if you do not establish your claim to the satisfaction of the Court on or before 2nd April 1999, or such later date as the Court may fix, your claim will be expunged, and I shall proceed to make a Final Dividend without regard to such claim.
