Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th December 1998, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28th January 1999, DAVID BEN KISSIN-PERSOV, of 22 Manor Drive, Southgate, London W14 5JJ, a minor child aged 6 years 10 months single, a British citizen abondoned the surname of Ben Kissin and assumed the surname of Ben Kissin-Personv through the execution of the said Deed Poll on his behalf by his mother Karen Persov.
