Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 11th February 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 22nd February 1999, JILL VICTORIA ALLOTT, of 33 Ireton Court, Thame, Oxfordshire OX9 3EB, a British citizen by virtue of section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Eileen Victoria Allott Raithby and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Jill Victoria Allott.
