Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 25th July 1999. Creditors who have not yet done so are required within the next 21 days, on or before 25th March 1999, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, J. R. D. Smith, of Deloitte & Touche, PO Box 810, Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary.
