Notice of Intended Dividends

MOTO BALDET (NORTHAMPTON) LIMITED MOTO BALDET (WELLINGBOROUGH) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a First Dividend in the above liquidations. Those Creditors not having claimed in the liquidations may lodge their proofs of debt with me at Smith Dove, Glenroyd House, 96-98 St. James Road, Northampton NN5 5LG, up to 2nd April 1999 (the last date for proving). Those Creditors who do not prove their debts by the last date for proving will be excluded from the Dividend which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date. I. Q.
