Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person having any interest in or claim against the Lamps Group Staff Pension Scheme is hereby required to send particulars of his or her claim in writing to the Trustees of the scheme at Forester Health, The Manor House, Squires Hill, Rothwell, Northamptonshire NN14 6BQ, and to send particulars not later than one month after the date of this notice, after which date the Trustees will distribute the fund among the persons of whom they then have notice and will not, as regard the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have notice.
