Ponderosa Rural Therapeutic Centre, off Smithies Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire WF16 0PL, hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make application to the Kirklees Metropolitan Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Heckmondwike. A written notice of the intention to make an application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the council at Environmental Services Headquarters, West Riding House, 9 Manchester Road, Huddersfield HD1 3HH between the hours of 8.45 a.m. and 5.15 p.m. Z.
