No. 956 of 1999 In the Matter of AIR CAVREL LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, London EC1U 2NP, presented on 10th February 1999 by HM Customs and Excise, Thomas Paine House, Angel Square, Torrens Street, London EC1V 1TA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 31st March 1999, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 30th March 1999.
