Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 9th July 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 10th March 1999, SIAN RUTH LLOYD, of 98 Maenan Road, Llandudno, Conwy, single, a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Moses and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Lloyd instead of the surname of Moses so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Sian Ruth Lloyd.
