Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a further dividend to Creditors. Creditors who have not already proved their debts are not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in them, the previous dividends paid by the Liquidator. Such Creditors are required to submit their proofs of debt on or before 21st April 1999, to the undersigned, Andrew George Pearce, of Ernst & Young, One Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2DB, and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. Any Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the further dividend declared before his debt his proved.
