Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
WHITELION FACILITIES LIMITED PENSION SCHEME
The Whitelion Facilities Limited Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) (formally IETC Introvision
Limited Pension Scheme) was established with effect from 4th August 1989.
The Company went into Liquidation 19th October 1990. On 31st March 1994, Capital
Pension Fund Trustees Limited of registered office 1 Harley Street, London W1N 1DA,
was appointed Independent Trustee under section 119(2) of the Pension Schemes Act
1993, and has since proceeded with the winding-up of the Scheme.
Announcements regarding the above have been sent by post to all known Members of
the Scheme. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim
against or an interest in the Scheme, including any person who may have been employed
by the Company or an associated employer on a part-time basis and who considers that
their exclusion from the Scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination, who
has not received a copy of the Announcement should make themselves known to the Trustees
of the Scheme.
Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to the undermentioned contact
on or before 18th June 1999, after which date Capital Pension Trustees Limited will
proceed within the winding-up of the Scheme and distribution of the Scheme assets
having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice.
Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension
from the Scheme, or who have received correspondence relating to this scheme from
Capital Pension Trustees Limited.
