BROADBENTS OF SOUTHPORT LIMITED 1985 PENSION SCHEME

Notice to Creditors and others to make their claims against the Trustees of the Broadbents of Southport Limited 1985 Pension Scheme.
Notice is hereby given that any person having an interest in or a claim against the Broadbents of Southport Limited 1985 Pension Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustees of the Broadbents of Southport Limited 1985 Pension Scheme, at Broadbents of Southport Limited, 1st Floor, 281 Lord Street, Southport, Merseyside PR8 1NY, and to send such particulars not later than 21st June 1999, after which date the Trustees will distribute the fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. Claims need not be made by persons already receiving pensions from the Broadbents of Southport Limited 1985 Pension Scheme.
