BERLINER BANK PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME (THE SCHEME)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit or contingent or potential benefit from or interest in, the above named Scheme, which commenced winding-up on 31st March 1998, by reason by his or her own relative’s or any other person’s employment with Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG are hereby required to send particulars in writing about his or her claim or entitlement to N. Newnham, Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG, 1 Crown Court, Cheapside, London EC2V 6JP, acting for the Trustees of the Scheme and send such particulars not later than two months after appearance of this notice after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustees have had notice and will not, in respect of the assets to distribute be liable to any person of whose claim or entitlement there shall not have then had notice.
