(“The Schemes”)
The Trustees wish to trace any person who may be entitled to pension benefits under
any of the above Schemes (or their predecessors) and who has not been notified of
his or her entitlement.
Any former employee or any person entitled to claim through such former employee
not presently receiving benefit from the Schemes and who believes they are entitled
to recieve benefit should contact F. Duffy, Hall Harrison Cowley Pension & Life Assurance
Scheme, 154 Great Charles Street, Birmingham B3 3HU, to make a claim for such benefits.
All persons making such claims should provide full details of their name, address,
date of birth and period of employment together with copies of all documents which
support their claim. Any claim must be made within two months of the date of publication
of this notice.
This notice is given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees
are winding-up the Schemes. After the expiry of a period of two months following the
publication of this notice the Trustees may distribute the assets of the Schemes having
regard only to the claims and entitlements of which they have had notice and are aware
and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose
claim they shall not then have had notice.
