Notice of Intended Dividend

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to preferential and unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. Any Creditor who has not yet filed a claim is required, on or before 25th June 1999 to send his proof of debt to the undersigned R. A. Powdrill, of Deloitte & Touche, Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, the Liquidator of the Company and to provide details or produce documentary or other evidence in support of their claim. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified, will be excluded from the dividend. The dividend will be declared within 4 months from 25th June 1999. R. A.
