DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE
PARISH OF WICKHAMBREAUX, COUNTY OF KENT
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Stodmarsh National Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration 1999 made on the 10th June 1999, the Nature Conservancy Council for England declared that the land containing 84.74 hectares or thereabouts situated in the parish of Wickhambreaux in the county of Kent and shown heavily shaded on the plan attached to the said declaration, is being held by the Nature Conservancy Council for England and managed as a nature reserve. Certified copies of the Stodmarch National Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration 1999 have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Kent County Council, Strategic Planning Directorate, Invicta House, County Hall, Maidstone and of Canterbury City Council, Military Road, Canterbury, and at the offices of English Nature, at Northminster House, Peterborough, and Wye, Kent.
