A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of sanctioning the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account, sanctioning the Liquidators final report, and sanctioning the Liquidator’s release. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Leonard Curtis & Co., One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 8LE, on Monday, 23rd August 1999, at 11 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me no later than Friday, 20th August 1999, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form, if you have not already lodged one.
