Notice of Intended Dividends

ANGLOPAC PLASTICS LIMITED

The Liquidator of the above-named Company gives notice under the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured preferential Creditors of the Company within 4 months of the last date of proving. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details, in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, T. J. Bramston, of Kingston Smith & Partners, 105 St. Peter’s Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1NG, by 30th July 1999, which is the last day for submitting claims.
