Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the Provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First and Final Dividend will be paid within a period of 4 months from 27th August 1999, which is the last date for Creditors proving their claims. Creditors of the above-named Company should send their addresses, descriptions and full particulars of their debt or claims, to M. G. J. Glover, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AF. Under Rule 11.3(2) a Liquidator is not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the last date for proving.
