Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17th February 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14th June 1999 Josephine Verna Hockin, of Sigswood Cottage, Nidd, Harrogate HG3 3BH, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of LAURA ELIZABETH ANNE HOCKIN, of Sigswood Cottage, Nidd, Harrogate HG3 3BH, a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the forenames of Laura Jo (Hockin) and assumed in lieu thereof the forenames of Laura Elizabeth Anne (Hockin). 26th March 1999.
