WHITES OF TAUNTON LTD RETIREMENT & DEATH BENEFITS SCHEME

PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of the Whites Scheme, with the agreement of the Principal Employer, have resolved to wind up the Scheme with effect from 13th July 1999. All persons with an entitlement to benefit under the Scheme should have received a letter dated 5th August 1999, advising them that the winding-up process has commenced. However, any persons who have not received a letter from the Trustees and believe that they have an entitlement to benefit under the Scheme are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned, the Administrators of the Scheme, on or before two calendar months from the date of the insertion of this notice plus one day, after which date the Trustees will proceed to apportion the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall have had notice.
