Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 29th June 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 16th August 1999, Lara Francis Vines on behalf of SAMUEL JAMES FLOYD (Minor) of 101 Pembury Road, Tonbridge, Kent, single and a British Citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Samuel James Fuller and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Samuel James Floyd.
