Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9th July 1999, and enrolled in the Royal Courts of Justice of England and Wales on 22nd July 1999, the Nottinghamshire County Council, having parental responsibility for SAM NEGUS, formerly known as Sam Parker, of 15 Wings Drive, Hucknall, Nottingham, a minor and British citizen by birth, abandoned on behalf of the said Sam Negus, the surname of Parker and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Negus.
