INSURANCE MANAGEMENT PENSION SCHEME (formerly known as the Trinity Pension Scheme)
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 section 27, notice is given that all persons having an entitlement to benefit under the trust documentation governing the pension scheme known as the Insurance Management Pension Scheme (formerly known as the Trinity Pension Scheme) (“the Scheme”) or a claim against the Trustees of the Scheme are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors whose address is 50 Queen Charlotte Street, Bristol BS1 4HE, on or before 3rd November 1999, after which date the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
