CRAFT AND BOAT REGISTRATION AND REGULATION BYELAWS 1999

Notice is hereby given that the Port of London Authority (the Authority) made the above-mentioned Byelaws on 7th October 1999: and intends to apply for confirmation of the Byelaws to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions. Copies are available for inspection or purchase from the date of this notice to 22nd November 1999, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, at the offices of the Authority at Devon House, 58-60 St. Katharine’s Way, London E1 9LB, and at London River House, Royal Pier Road, Gravesend, Kent DA12 2BG. Any objections or representations should be made by 22nd November 1999 to Kim Russell at The Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, Port Division, Zone 4/13, Great Minster House, 76 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DR, or by fax to 0171-676 2188 quoting Ref.
